So I definitely had a "highest use" when I was making the most money and doing the thing only I could do, it was when I was telling jokes. I cleaned toilets at the club, too. You should do real work for your bread, maybe 20% of the time? I think it's definitely one of the essential principles one must apply to be successful in business and in life. I for one am a big fan of outsourcing. The recruitment and training costs can be painful initially but once you've ironed these things out life becomes so much easier. Just like the entrepreneur, the manager can look at his team/division as a small business within the business and focus his attention on the big picture that applies to making his group excel.
