I always delegate when possible, but once it went quite badly. I used to renovate houses, but its not fulfilling to me and I always thought of myself best as a scientist, so I went to university and left a house to others to renovate, but they botched it up and nearly ruined me. I had to complete the job AND go to school which affected my grades. Delegate but be VERY careful about it. Mixed feelings about this article.
