I started 2 businesses and in each one I experienced boredom. And in both cases, I ended up focusing less and less on the business and as a result, I lose motivation and end up not making that much money. How should I solve this problem?

Hi Stephen
Just wanted to say it was great working with you on this and hopefull we can do it again some time.

Business expansion is definitely a tricky stage and one that should be carefully monitored, there a thin line between success and failure at this stage.

@Evelyin Lim: expansion is very dangerous as it is the close bridge between the millions of normal, average businesses and the number one: leadership. It is very common to fail during this stage, but it's fa better to fail; trying than to slowly be eaten by competition.

Thanks for being part of this.

@Matt Thanks for the nice words and for being part of this, it was a blast!

@Steve C: you all did a lot in this and it shows, everything was so smooth and clear that I can hardly believe it. I might repeat myself but the feeling of seeing 7 posts being published simultaneously from Singapore to Canada at the same time, on a great collection of blog hosts, is fantastic. I'm grateful :-)

I laughed at the statement "Speaking of losses, I think failing in the expansion period of your business is the most honorable way to fail in business. At least you died trying." What a beautiful way of perceiving things should our business come to an end during this phase.

Thanks for participating in the JV project put together with Dragos. It has been an honor for me to be in collaboration with you.

Wishing you every success!
