I’ve got a fabulous little book 50 Simple Ways to Live a Longer Life: Everyday Techniques from the Forefront of Science, and I recommend you get it and read it. But in the meantime I know most of you won’t, so here are the first 10 simple ways to live longer. Some of the ways the book listed these don’t make sense to me so I’m making a few modifications.
