The technique described in this article is intended to be used for habit change. You can use the power of your non-conscious brain to make behavioral changes that you are otherwise finding difficult to make by conscious willpower alone. This is an extremely powerful technique for these types of changes, but please note that it is not a technique for achieving your big dreams. It is not the way you will achieve your ultimate future.
