Radiolab Podcasts Recommendation

by Stephen Mills on November 3, 2009

I thought I would drop you a quick note on a recommendation.  I’ve been listening to these Radiolab podcasts in my car ever since Seth Godin recommended them.  They are not all great, but a good number of them are really wonderful.  Their website has several years of them archived.  I find that the longer hour-long episodes are the best.  They are under the “Episodes” tab in the right hand sidebar.  The “shorts” tab contains some other interesting, but shorter podcasts as well.  If you are curious about science and philosophy you may enjoy these.  The following is the Radiolab blurb about what they do.

Radiolab believes your ears are a portal to another world. Where sound illuminates ideas, and the boundaries blur between science, philosophy, and human experience. Big questions are investigated, tinkered with, and encouraged to grow. Bring your curiosity, and we’ll feed it with possibility.

This is the link to the podcast archive.  Enjoy!

Okay, I’ll bite. I’ll burn one or two to a CD and listen to it. However, I don’t have a lot of CD-R’s laying around, so which ones would you recommend the most, Stephen? If I just download them, I doubt they’ll ever get listened to… too many distractions at the computer.
