Glen, no problem. Nice to have you here.
I know mediation is great for the mind and body, but slowing the aging process is a great bonus. I’m a big advocate of mediation. It helps us become more aware of who and what we are. When we “know ourselves” we can make decisions that enhance our happiness.
You’re right Karl. Without that self-discovery processes that tells us what makes us happy, we often continue to do what is “supposed” to make us happy but does not. Keep up the good work.
