In the video below, Srikumar S. Rao discusses the If… Then… mental trap and our investment in outcomes. It is a medium length video of 18 minutes, and I realize in our ADD world, that is a long time. But is it really? I think you will find it time well spent.

I watched the entire thing. Thanks for bringing this to us. I find that I can apply that to growing my blog. The minute I achieve a goal, get more readers etc. my ego moves the line and it can be a continual state of “wanting.” I know better!
And this was a great reminder. I just spent the week in Chicago having fun…without any thought of my blog.
