Yes! Worry gets the credit for everything! If you worry and something happens,then worrying didn’t help. If you worry and nothing happens, then you’ve worried for nothing. That’s why locking yourself in the present moment is always the best answer.

This is great. It show how much time we can waste on worrying, when really there is nothing to worry about or we can’t do anything about the situation anyway. Love the it. Everyone should print it out and tape it to ther mirror!
